As mentioned before, in my other posts, the VFR Event builder #v2 was out end of summer 2009, but as it seems now the company Register-me has issued another patch for the application that adds a hotel booking functionality to the builder.

Some interesting stuff – no doubt. The famous event registration software now can support up to unlimited number of hotels with different rooms/prices.

As we know the software contains:
- Unlimited event build-ups per application
- Unlimited forms per each event
- Unlimited fields per each form
- Unlimited registrants and accounts
- CMS fully pre-integrated for the main event container
- CMS with unlimited pages for each event.
- Fully database retrieved pages and emails
- All languages are available via a translation module
- Re-usage of design templates
- Customizable reports

The extra (hotel) module allows the event/conference organizers to extend their offers. The administrator of the website can now add hotels (title, description, and photo) for each conference, where the participant will need to choose one. Since we know that prices for rooms as well as the rooms themselves vary, the developers have thought of that and made the module flexible in a way that the administrator can generate specific categories with specific rooms/prices and attach them to the hotel, considering specific time-frame.

What does it solve?
- Imagine you’re organizing a conference and you want to organize everything for your participants. Now with the hotel module you can set for example 2 time-frames (we know that summer prices of hotels are higher than not-seasonal ones) where each time-frame can have s specific category of prices attached.
